These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between dblasercut3d, which publishes the website www.dblasercut3d.be, and its client (hereinafter referred to as ‘You’).

These general terms and conditions apply to all supplies and services provided by us, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties and without prejudice to any special terms and conditions agreed separately. They take precedence over the customer's conditions of purchase, which are only binding on us if we have expressly accepted them in writing.

In order to be enforceable, any total or partial non-application of these general terms and conditions must be explicitly and precisely stated on the order form. An explicit and precise special condition on the order form shall prevail over any general condition to the contrary.

Consequently, the fact that any person purchases a product offered for sale on the www.dblasercut3d.be website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to his/her purchase.

Article 1 – Orders

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding postage and packaging.

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to modify these prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.

Once you have placed your order, we will acknowledge receipt by sending you an order confirmation e-mail containing
a summary of your order.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors in these offers.

The products remain our property until full and final payment has been received.

Article 3 – Shipping and delivery

The delivery times indicated on the site take into account the time required to prepare, dispatch and deliver the parcel.
We make every effort to dispatch your order within 3 days. For personalised orders, we allow a maximum of 1 week for production. All orders are sent with Bpost and you can obtain a tracking number on request if you wish to follow
your order.

Article 4 – Customs duties

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside a country of the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel reaches its destination. Any such customs duties and taxes relating to the delivery of an item are your responsibility. We are not obliged to check and inform You of the customs duties and taxes applicable. To find out, We advise You to contact the competent authorities in your country.

 

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal and return

We grant you a period of 15 days to return items to us without giving any reason.

Goods must be returned within the same timeframe, in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all accessories, the user manual and a (copy of) the invoice/delivery note.

The right of return cannot be exercised for incomplete, damaged or soiled goods and will not be taken back.

Article 6 – Return for defect

If, despite the care taken in shipping the products, you should receive a defective product. You can return it to us for an exchange.

 

Article 7 – Warranty and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantees against hidden defects.

Despite all the care taken with your order, we cannot be held liable in the event of failure to meet our contractual obligations due to an act of God or force majeure. We cannot be held liable if our suppliers are out of stock.

The photographs, texts and pictograms (including pictograms indicating the country of manufacture of the product) appearing in our catalogues, prospectuses and other commercial documents or attached to offers are for information purposes only and do not constitute any commitment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify the presentation and/or characteristics of our equipment in the interests of improvement and customer service.

 

Article 8 – Property  

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, we remain the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to its literary creations, drawings, trademarks and graphic or audiovisual productions, whatever the medium, subject to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

Article 9 – Personal data

The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. The data is stored in your personal account by dblasercut3d: this data enables us to complete your transaction. In addition, this data, once recorded, allows you to carry out your future transactions more quickly. 

We undertake not to divulge or market any information whatsoever concerning you.

You may object at any time, free of charge and on simple request, to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to object, free of charge, to the use of your e-mail address for direct marketing purposes. You can exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to info@dblasercut3d.be or by post to the address below. 

In accordance with the RGPD law, you may request your personal data collected by dblasercut3d, as well as their deletion.

If you have placed an order with ‘guest’ status, without creating an account, you do not have access to a ‘Customer account’ space. In this case, simply send us an e-mail to info@dblasercut3d.be so that we can send you your data or delete it.
